Regular service suburbs include Fremantle, East Fremantle, Cockburn, Melville, Applecross, Mosman Park, Cottesloe, Joondalup, Stirling, Rockingham and Mandurah — generally within 40 km of Perth CBD.

Every session happens in your home. Kiah brings all supplies, handles donation sorting and drop-offs, and leaves your space ready to enjoy. I work right across the greater Perth metropolitan area, from Fremantle and Cockburn through Melville, and out to Joondalup, Stirling, Rockingham and Mandurah. As a guide I travel up to about 40 km from the Perth CBD, and I'm based in Hamilton Hill in the south. If you're not sure whether your suburb is covered, just get in touch and I'll let you know.
It depends on the service. Hands-on home organising and wardrobe resets are $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum, so a typical visit starts at $100. Decluttering is pay-what-you-want from $400 for a four-hour session. Feng Shui consultations start from $150, and NDIS home-organising support is $60 per hour. Every booking is tailored to your space and budget, and you'll always know the cost before we begin.
Yes. I'm a fully qualified support worker (Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability) and I offer home-organising support to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants at $60 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Sessions are patient and judgement-free, focused on building organising systems that genuinely suit how you live, and I'm happy to provide detailed quotes for support coordinators.
I come to your home, we talk through what's overwhelming you, and then we work side by side to sort, declutter and organise your space. Every session is hands-on, non-judgemental and paced to suit you — there's no pressure to part with anything before you're ready. I also bag up your donations and handle the op-shop drop-off, so you're left with a calmer space and nothing extra to deal with.
Yes — and you don't have to lift a finger. During every session I sort and bag the items you've decided to part with, then I take care of dropping them at a suitable Perth op-shop or recycler afterwards. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so, and you're never left with a car full of donations to deal with on your own.
Absolutely. I'm a certified Feng Shui practitioner and IFSA affiliate, offering Flying Star assessments, personalised charts and practical remedies to improve the flow and feel of your home. Consultations start from $150, and many clients choose the Complete Home Harmony package, which combines a Feng Shui consultation with hands-on decluttering for the biggest shift in how a space feels.
Yes, on most in-person sessions. Each service carries a suggested price based on the time and expertise involved, and you pick Budget (70%), Standard (100%), Generous (130%) or any custom amount. The minimum is 50% of the suggested price — so a $400 service can be $200. You choose at checkout, after picking your date, and nothing changes about the session itself.
No. Every session gets the same time, care and attention regardless of what you paid. Generous payments help subsidise sessions for people who need the lower price, which is the whole reason the model works.
In-person sessions run across Perth, Western Australia — Fremantle, Cockburn, Melville and surrounding suburbs. If you are further out, ask for a quote and Kiah will tell you honestly whether she can get to you. Anywhere else in the world, the Online Feng Shui Report needs no visit at all.
No, and you would not be the first person to worry about it. Kiah has worked in hundreds of homes and has seen every version of overwhelmed there is. Nothing gets thrown away without your say-so, nothing gets photographed for anyone else, and you do not need to tidy before she arrives — if you could do that, you would not need the session.
Kiah is fully insured, police cleared and ABN registered, and supports NDIS participants. If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, get in touch and she will walk you through how the invoicing works for your situation.
A gift card arrives by email, works on any service, and never expires while it still has a balance — so it is fine to leave it late, and fine for the recipient to use it whenever they are ready. If the session costs less than the card, the remainder stays on it.
You leave your email and the guide arrives as a PDF — no account, no card. The download link stays valid for 30 days, and the PDF itself is yours to keep. You will also get occasional emails about new guides and offers, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your chart is calculated the moment you finish the questions. The written report is then prepared and reviewed by Kiah personally before it sends — usually a couple of days — and arrives by email as a page you can revisit and a PDF you can print.
Yes. Flying Stars Feng Shui works from your home's facing direction and the period it was built in, so the analysis needs your map position and a floor plan, not a person in the room. A clear photo or a rough sketch of the plan is enough, and if you have no plan at all you still get a full chart and report from the facing and build year.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, all processed securely by Stripe. Online reports are charged in your own currency, shown before you pay. Nothing is stored on this site.
If your report doesn't feel personal to your home, reply within 14 days and Kiah will revise it — or refund you in full. For in-person sessions, tell her during the session if something isn't working and she will change the approach.
