We start with the spaces causing the most friction — usually the kitchen, pantry or a cupboard you cannot keep tidy. Items are sorted, categorised and decluttered where needed, so what remains earns its place.
Then we create practical storage zones tailored to your routines. Daily-use items at the front. Less-used items in clear zones. Labelling and containers only when they genuinely help — never for the sake of it.
You finish with a system you can maintain. The aim is realistic, repeatable and built around the people who actually live in the home.

Do I need to clean before Kiah comes?
No. You do not need to clean or make the space look better before your session. Kiah is there to help with the real space as it is.
Will Kiah make me throw things away?
No. You stay in control of what stays and what goes. Kiah helps you make decisions, but she will not pressure you to get rid of things you are not ready to let go of.
Is this the same as cleaning?
No. Decluttering and home organising are different from cleaning. The focus is on sorting, simplifying, organising and creating systems that make the space easier to use.

Yes. Many clients start with one wardrobe, cupboard, pantry or room. Starting small is often the easiest way to build momentum.
