Kiah provides NDIS-compatible decluttering and home organising support for participants with physical, neurological or psychosocial needs across Perth and Fremantle.
With a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and over six years of professional organising experience, Kiah understands that every person and every home is different. Sessions are paced to suit you, with no pressure to rush or make decisions you are not ready for.
Whether you are self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed, Kiah can work within your NDIS plan to help you create a safer, calmer and more functional home.
How NDIS Sessions Work
Every session starts with a conversation about what is causing the most stress or difficulty. Together we decide which space to focus on and how to approach it. You stay in control of every decision — what stays, what goes and how things are organised. Kiah adapts her pace and approach to suit your needs, energy and comfort level on the day.
What is Included
Kiah provides hands-on, non-judgemental support to sort, simplify and organise your home. Sessions can focus on any space — bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, wardrobes or storage.
Items are sorted together. Donation and removal of unwanted items is handled for you, reducing stress and making it easier to let go. Storage and layout are tailored to your routines, abilities and how you actually use the space.
A support worker or family member is welcome to be present. Sessions are flexible and can be booked as a one-off or as regular ongoing support within your NDIS plan.

After Your Session
After a session, everyday tasks become easier. Belongings have a place. Spaces feel calmer. For many participants, the difference shows up in reduced stress, clearer routines and a greater sense of control at home.
Sessions can continue on a regular basis as part of your NDIS plan, tackling one area at a time at whatever pace works for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to clean before Kiah comes?
No. You do not need to clean or make the space look better before your session. Kiah is there to help with the real space as it is.
Will Kiah make me throw things away?
No. You stay in control of what stays and what goes. Kiah helps you make decisions, but she will not pressure you to get rid of things you are not ready to let go of.
Is this the same as cleaning?
No. Decluttering and home organising are different from cleaning. The focus is on sorting, simplifying, organising and creating systems that make the space easier to use.
What areas do you service?
Kiah works with clients across Fremantle, Perth and surrounding suburbs. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, please get in touch.
Can I book just one room or one wardrobe?
Yes. Many clients start with one wardrobe, cupboard, pantry or room. Starting small is often the easiest way to build momentum.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for decluttering, home organising, wardrobe resets and Feng Shui consultations.
How does NDIS funding work for these services?
Decluttering and home organising can be funded under Capacity Building or Core Supports for eligible NDIS participants. Sessions are delivered respectfully and at the participant's pace. Detailed quotes are provided for support coordinators on request.
Can a support worker or family member be present?
Yes. Sessions can include a support worker, family member or carer if that helps the participant feel comfortable and engaged. Kiah is patient, non-judgemental and works at whatever pace suits the day.
