Decluttering, Organising & Feng Shui - Declutter + Feng Shui Session

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
By completing a booking, you agree to pay the chosen amount for the selected service. All payments are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by Declutter with Kiah. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Invoices are due within 7 days of booking; unpaid invoices may result in the booking being cancelled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Same-day cancellations may incur fees of up to 100% of the booked service cost. To reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation email.
Service Delivery
Sessions are conducted at the client's home within the Perth metropolitan area, or remotely via phone/video for applicable services. Kiah will arrive at the scheduled time and provide the full service duration as booked.
Donations
I authorise Declutter with Kiah to donate any items that I have approved for donation to a second-hand shop, charity, or donation centre. Once donated items leave the property, the service provider bears no responsibility for tracking or recovering them.
Loss or Damage to Property
Declutter with Kiah is not responsible for any loss, advice, damage, or breakage of items that occurs during the sessions. The provider cannot guarantee item condition or location after handling, moving, transporting, or storing.
Personal Property
Clients must identify and secure valuable, sentimental, confidential, or irreplaceable items before sessions begin. Declutter with Kiah will not be liable for items that become misplaced or lost during or after a session.
Client Safety
I acknowledge that I participate in decluttering, organising, Feng Shui and related activities at my own risk. I release Declutter with Kiah from liability for injury or damage, except where legally required.
Service Provider Safety
Declutter with Kiah reserves the right to refuse any task that may pose a risk to health or safety, including but not limited to climbing ladders, handling hazardous materials, or undertaking unsafe lifting.
Continuing Effect
The provisions of this agreement remain effective after service completion or termination.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and will never be shared with third parties. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of your home and personal belongings.
Pay What You Want
Our PWYW model allows you to choose your price above the minimum threshold. The quality of service is identical regardless of the price paid. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Liability & Insurance
As a professional organising service, I operate under an Australian Business Number (ABN) and am fully compliant with all relevant regulations and requirements. You can trust that you are working with a reputable and reliable service provider when you choose to work with me. I am fully insured and have recently obtained a police clearance.
