Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. I will give you a timeframe during booking, and as a guide most homes take four to eight hours. Regular cleaning has a 2-hour minimum, and a One-Off Clean has a 3-hour minimum, so you can choose the number of hours that suits your home and budget.
What's included in a clean?
A full home refresh: bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and living areas, plus floors, skirting boards and dusting of surfaces. Every room is dusted and wiped down, then vacuumed and mopped. If there are particular spaces you want me to focus on, just tell me and I will concentrate my time on those areas instead of the whole house.
Can I book a one-off clean, or only regular cleaning?
Both. You can book a single clean whenever you need one, or set up regular recurring cleans and manage them through the app. My One-Off Clean is $60 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, while Regular Cleaning is $50 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. If your home needs bringing back to a standard, start with a one-off clean.
How does the app work for regular cleaning?
You choose your frequency, such as weekly or fortnightly, and then manage everything yourself from the app. You can delay a visit, reschedule, book early if you need me sooner, or change dates whenever life gets busy. There are no fixed schedules or surprise bookings, so you are always in control of when I come.
Can you declutter while you clean?
I can tidy and put things away as I clean. If you want deeper decluttering — sorting what stays and what goes — that is a separate service, because it needs your decisions alongside me. Ask me about combining cleaning with my home organising or decluttering sessions; clearing first makes every clean quicker and the results last longer.
What areas do you service for cleaning?
I am based in Hamilton Hill and clean homes across Fremantle, Perth and the surrounding suburbs. Most regular clients settle on weekly or fortnightly visits, while some prefer monthly. Travel within an hour of my home is included. If you are unsure whether your suburb is covered for regular cleaning, please get in touch and ask.
Can I customise the cleaning focus?
Absolutely. Tell me which areas need the most attention — the kitchen, bathrooms, floors or anything else — and I will prioritise them during your clean. It is your home, so the time goes where it makes the biggest difference to you. You can change the focus from one visit to the next as your needs change.
Do you supply cleaning products?
Yes, I bring and use eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have preferences, sensitivities or allergies, let me know before your clean and I am happy to work with the products you already have at home. That way your home is cleaned the way you like, with nothing in it that bothers you or anyone in your family.
