Sign this binding agreement/waiver that:

I approve for Declutter with Kiah to donate my items to a second hand shop for donation, and will not require any further investigation into the items once they have left my home.

I acknowledge that if any lost, damaged and broken items, should come out of the items that were packed by the company “Declutter with Kiah” the responsibility will not fall on her, but on the person/persons that move/moved the items from one place to another.

I do not take any responsibility for any items that may become lost after or during a session with Declutter with kiah. I require full payment from my clients after a service has been provided no later then 7 days from the time of the service.

IF THE CLIENT CANCELS ON THE SAME DAY AS THE APPOINTMENT I REQUIRE UP TO A FULL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE AS A CANCELLATION FEE. By this Waiver, I DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEM THAT MAY BREAK OR BE DESTROYED WHILE MYSELF AND THE PERSON/S OR THE HOUSE HOLD ARE DECLUTTERING, TIDYNG, CLEANING, ORGANISING, PACKING, UNPACKING AND SORTING.

By this waiver i do not take any responsibility for any injury the client my encounter during or after a packing, unpacking, cleaning, or decluttering session.

BY THIS WAIVER I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY THAT I MAY ENCOUNTER WHILE PACKING, UNPACKING, CLEANING, DECLUTTERING AND ORGANISING. THIS IS ALSO WHY I CAN NOT GO ON ANY FORM OF A STEP LADDER.

This WAIVER AND RELEASE contain the entire agreement between parties, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. The provisions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon the prior written consent of all parties.

The provision of this WAIVER AND RELEASE will continue in full force and effect even after the termination of the activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of Declutter With Kiah, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise. There is a strictly no refund policy.

I have read, understood and fully agree to the term of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights.

I have signed this agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated me. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law.
